In the UK, there is a new scandal that has blown up
concerning British banks. This threatens to rock the core of the British
banking establishment and may cause criminal investigations into unlawful
interest rate fixing. The consequences of this will anger the British public
who have seen tax payers foot the bill for these failing banks. Above Tony
