When you see this sort of thing it makes me wonder about modern day Battleships or Aircraft carriers. They could be destroyed quicker then a nation could make them. These weapons are tremendous and deadly. No matter how grand a nation's navy is. Such small missiles can devastate any state's marine force with this type of accuracy and they can also be launched from land. The more I see these advanced missiles, the more I believe that even the richest nations could not maintain the cost of fighting a conventional war. It would be too expensive and an economically strong nation could become bankrupt very quickly engaging in this type of warfare.

Even politically unstable countries could not afford the cost of fighting on such a scale, but would definitely use them. Would a rogue state decide to use a atomic devise after considering the spiralling costs of using conventional weaponry?
