Have You Used the National Geographic 20-60x60 Telescope?

One can spend a lot on a camera, but this with the small camera or movie attachments is worth giving a go. I was impressed with this and ordered one online. I'll let bloggers know how I got on while bird watching in the Fen.

I keep seeing a female Marsh Harrier, but can't get a good shot on the telephoto lens because of the slight wobble with a long lens at such distance. Upon a tripod it is hard to get the moving bird in sight too. There are many things to remember.

Therefore, I'll try the telescope out and see if I can do something with an attachable camera too.

Ralph Bates in Dear John

This is a clip from a UK sitcom called Dear John and stars Ralph Bates as the central character. He has joined a divorcee evening group after his wife left him a Dear John letter. The place is full of all sorts of colourful misfits and a self styled confidence building lady tutor, who is always looking for fun ways to get our group of desperate and lonely people on to the social circuit. In this clip, the lady tutor takes the group to a gathering of one of her recent female pupils. This lady ex-pupil is throwing a social gathering to overcome her personnel deficiency and boost her lack of confidence, which the tutor is very reluctant to tell the rest of the group about. All they are told is they will know the deficiency when it shows... :)
