Shaun the Sheep Movie is Big Time Fun.

I always look forward to Aardman productions. They have delighted us all with Wallace and Gromit, Creature Comforts, Chicken Run and Morph among many. They are wonderful plasticine animation effect stories. Wallace and Gromit speaks for itself. In one such story, Wallace and Gromit save a load of sheep in a hilarious adaptation with a fabulous sequence of Gromit on a motorcycles and a whole flock of sheep doing gymnastically seen poses as though at a country fare.

This brought about the idea for short kiddie stories of Shaun the Sheep. We have had a full length movie of Wallace and Gromit in the Curse of the Wererabbit, a feature film of Chicken Run too. Now we have a full length movie of Shaun the Sheep. I purchased this yesterday in the Supermarket on its first day of Blu-ray release.

My wife and I sat down to watch like a couple of big kids. There is no talking, just bleats from the sheep and mumblings from the humans. It's terrific, because the wonderful story unfolds and is shown to the audience with a crystal clear plot. It is a laugh a minuet and is wonderfully flowing. Thoroughly enjoyable entertainment and can't wait for the grandchildren to come around. I can watch it again then. :D
